Curious about my setup?

I use a business-class HP Compaq Elite 8300 Convertible Microtower from 2012. Here are the specs and additional equipment I use:

Processor Intel Core i7-3770
RAM 12 GB
Disc Drives 2 DVD Drives
Space for a 3rd (hoping to get a 4K drive)
VCR Zenith VRA423
VHS-C adapter JVC C-P7U Cassette Adapter
Hi8 Player Sony Handycam Vision CCD-TRV65 NTSC
HDMI Up-converter Samsung DVD-VR375
Video Capture Device Vivitar HDMI to USB Video Capture Card

I do my editing on a more modern laptop which can also be used for capture and conversion if needed, however it can't preserve discs unless I use a USB solution.
